Warming up serves two key purposes: lowering injury risk and letting you actually enjoy your session with a body that's ready to move. It is not filler — it is what makes the difference between a productive session and one that ends in pain.
Note: this is a sample of the more general sequences I use. It can vary depending on your goals and the type of training you're about to do, but it is an excellent baseline for any kind of skating — freeskate, aggressive, urban or Wizard Style.
